This banana ice cream is so easy because all you need are frozen bananas, peanut butter and a blender or food processor. Whizzing those bananas in the blender makes a super creamy and rich dessert and is the perfect alternative to expensive and calorie-laden ice cream. You can add anything you’d like to the mixture. You’ll need:
3 ripe bananas, frozen
2T peanut butter, or more to taste
Method:
Peel and quarter bananas and place in blender or food processor. Add peanut butter and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
